Dungeonesse were formed by the Art Department's Jon Ehrens and Wye Oak's Jenn Wasner to celebrate their mutual love for modern R&B and pop music. Sending tracks back and forth via email while Wasner was touring the country, they crafted a sound that captured the essence of their shared passion, with Ehrens' production giving Wasner's powerful vocals plenty of room to shine.
