Official Rules – Farewell Transmission “A Celebration of Jason Molina” Ticket Giveaway Competition

2. To Enter: Enter by signing up to the Secretly Store Mailing list via this link All entries must be completed by 11:59PM GMT on 16th August, 2026. Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries. In case of dispute, entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access Provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Sponsor and its advertising and promotions agenciesor hosting sites are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected or stolen entries or transmissions, or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic. By signing up for the newsletter, you are opting to receive emails from Sponsor or its affiliates with special offers, news, promotions and messages.
3. Prize: One (1) winner will receive two (2) tickets to the Farewell Transmission “A Celebration of Jason Molina” at Earth Theatre in Hackney, London, UK on Wednesday 19th August 2026. Total approximate retail value of £60. Any difference between the approximate retail value and the actual final retail value is not noted and will not be awarded. NO TRANSPORTATION OR OTHER AMENITIES WILL BE PROVIDED. No prize substitution or cash redemption allowed. Prize is not transferable. Any taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if featured prize becomes unavailable.
4. Drawing and Awarding of Prize: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible purchasers of the Album at the date and time of drawing. Drawing will take place on or about 13th August 2026 and will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions on all matters relating to this sweepstakes are final. Prize winner will be notified by email following the drawing and may be required to execute and return a release within 24 hours of notification. If potential winner cannot be reached or does not respond within the applicable time period, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner.
5. Odds: Odds of winning depend on the number of qualified entries received.
6. Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United Kingdom who are age 18 or older on the date of entry and have active Internet access. One entry per person. Promotion may only be entered from and in eligible jurisdictions. Employees of Sponsor and any featured artist, their parent and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate family and household members of each are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws apply. Void where prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes should any virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor may award the prize in a random drawing from all eligible entries received up to the date of cancellation or suspension. Sponsor and its agencies and hosting sites are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone or network failure of any kind, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions which may occur in the processing of submissions which may damage a user’s system or limit a participant’s ability to participate in the sweepstakes. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstake by cheating, hacking, deception or other unfair playing practice (including use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass other entrants or Sponsor representatives. By participating in this sweepstakes, entrants waive all right to, and hold harmless, Sponsor (including all affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, officers etc.), the featured artist and their agencies and hosting sites from any loss, damage or expense arising out of or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of any prize. Winners agree that Sponsor may use their name or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without compensation.
